Heather is currently in her last year of her Bachelor's in English. Her background includes many years of experience in customer service and marketing. While living abroad in Germany for 3 years she enjoyed teaching life skills classes to adults and children. She enjoys writing, reading, painting, hiking and going on adventures with her husband, their two sons and two huskies.
